Requirements

  • Strong hands-on analytical capabilities with expertise in Python and SQL
  • Experience with web and social analytics tools (e.g., GA, Adobe, Brandwatch, Sprinklr)
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience guiding and mentoring junior analysts
  • Developing interest and familiarity with the omni-channel landscape, including data capture across channels, tagging, taxonomy, and measurement with web analytics tools
  • Ability to independently manage and deliver projects
  • Understanding of data science possibilities, required data for models, automation, and latest modelling techniques
  • Capability to articulate and follow best-in-class approaches after onboarding to product suite and playbooks
  • Readiness to find problems, fix them, build relationships, stay up-to-date with innovations, imagine and invent new solutions

Responsibilities

  • Represent the voice of the customer and CFO with hard evidence in discussions
  • Support exceptional customer experiences using data and ensure actions improve performance against client objectives
  • Independently manage and deliver projects using analytical capabilities
  • Uncover key insights across channels and create self-service dashboards
  • Guide and mentor junior analysts through coaching
  • Share findings with clients or senior team members
  • Under guidance of senior team members, answer strategic questions using data and develop understanding of delivering personalisation at scale
