Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience with business and data analytics
  • 2 years of experience with conducting strategic analysis, interpretation, and reporting of complex datasets
  • 2 years of experience with leading teams of cross-functional members to implement end-to-end analytics solutions
  • 2 years of experience with creating and optimizing BI platforms, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis
  • 2 years of experience with data visualization using Tableau and Python
  • 2 years of experience with statistical experimentation methods using A/B testing, experimental design, power analysis, and non-parametric statistics
  • 2 years of experience with statistical concepts including regression, multivariate analysis and time series forecasting
  • 2 years of experience with extracting and manipulating data to create data tables using transform and load jobs
  • 2 years of experience with applying data design approaches to build and maintain foundational tables
  • 2 years of experience with Excel, Python, R, Redshift, S3, and SQL

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex and large datasets to provide analytic support and generate customer and financial insights across multiple business areas
  • Own metrics used to evaluate Authentication system performance and customer friction
  • Generate insights and help define & execute longer term product strategies and roadmaps across multiple product teams
  • Formulate hypotheses, design and evaluate product experiments
  • Build a unified understanding of how Authentication data, customer experiences, and goals align
  • Monitor and identify bot detection methods to create response strategies to protect customers at the Authentication stage
