Candidates must live within 80km of the Medtronic office in Heerlen, Netherlands. After full-time training at the office, you work at least 2 days per week in the office, with the rest from home; cross-border employees must be in the office 80% of the time as of 1 July 2022. Relocation support is not provided.
A Bachelor’s degree or at least MBO+ is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication in English and Italian, 2+ years in customer service and order management, and computer literacy in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong sense of responsibility is also needed.
You support day-to-day Order-To-Cash processes like processing, monitoring, following up on, and invoicing orders; handle disputes such as complaints and returns; answer sales team and customer inquiries on phone and email regarding lead times, shortages, etc.; and act as the single point of contact for business contacts.
