Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably within an international environment
Bachelor’s degree required
Advanced proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
Strong working knowledge of SAP (Order Management & Quality Management), EDW, and MS Office
Previous experience in automotive or industrial sectors is a strong asset
Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability
Ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations effectively
Understanding of Goodyear’s end-to-end supply chain and product portfolio
Responsibilities
Manage order entry: receive and process customer orders, provide delivery information, and guide customers through available ordering channels (Customer Service or e-Ordering)
Oversee order management: ensure flawless order processing, reliable confirmations, and proactive communication with internal partners to maintain customer trust
Handle quality management: register and manage customer claims in the Quality Management module (QM), ensuring quick resolution and transparent feedback
Coordinate delivery planning: liaise between customers and Goodyear Logistics to schedule deliveries, resolve delivery issues, and agree on service levels
Support first contact resolution: respond to customer inquiries efficiently and log unresolved requests for follow-up
Maximize sales and order fulfillment: contribute to sales campaigns, upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and guide customers through Goodyear’s product portfolio
