Responsibilities

Lead complex, high-impact projects in credit strategy for Collections and Recoveries
Drive improvements in customer and credit outcomes through hypothesis testing, portfolio trends, and industry advancements
Develop and deploy engagement strategies, including new customer capabilities, affordability assessments, forbearance solutions, and recoveries strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, engineering, data science) to shape customer journeys and deliver changes
Gather and analyze industry information to stay updated on collections trends and opportunities
Use advanced statistical techniques to predict customer behaviour and forecast collections engagement
Work with open banking data or novel datasets to enhance engagement, customer information, and education
Mentor junior team members to foster their growth and development
Influence strategic decisions and identify opportunities to enhance customer outcomes
Optimize collections strategy across lending products while considering customer/credit outcomes, risks, and regulations
