  • Previous work experience in Shared Service Centers
  • B2 English Level proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Manage a medium complexity customer portfolio, ensuring compliance with payment terms and credit limits via our ERP system and Order Release Portal
  • Perform risk assessments on new and existing accounts, making recommendations on credit limits and terms to support sound decision-making
  • Assist the team in achieving annual collection targets and support credit risk assessments with our shared service center
  • Track unapplied/unidentified payments and ensure accurate financial statement analysis
  • Coordinate the "Credit Hold" process and release orders based on credit analysis
  • Set up credit terms for new clients and manage requests for extended payment terms
  • Negotiate payment plans and liaise with customers and the commercial department
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in credit and debit notes, ensuring account statements are balanced
  • Facilitate credit card invoice payments as requested, with appropriate approvals
  • Collaborate on web billing systems management and customer inquiries
  • Prepare statements and reports for the company accountant
  • Maintain and prioritize your email inbox, delivering outstanding customer service
  • Inform supervisors of uncollectable accounts for further action
  • Update Job Aids and SOP documentation as required
  • Identify and propose process improvement opportunities related to your department
