Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer or similar role, demonstrating excellence in ideation and execution across diverse ad networks including Meta, TikTok, and Google. They must have experience in creating user-generated (UGC) and storytelling content and writing persuasive direct response communications, coupled with a strong background in performance marketing driven by insights and analytics.
The Senior Creative Producer will proactively support the improvement and development of marketing creative strategy across various ad networks, translating insights into actions that resonate with the target audience and innovating using new tools and methodologies. They will generate fresh and user-centric creative ideas, analyze UA results and creatives’ performance to improve metrics, conduct market research and competitor analysis, and provide constant feedback and best practices to the team. Furthermore, they will manage the full-cycle creative production process, act as a leader and mentor, plan and coordinate their workload, and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to optimize processes and amplify operational efficiency.
