Responsibilities

  • Manage and participate in teams by using/sharing resources, determining customer needs/business priorities, coordinating/executing assignments, providing advice/feedback/support, ensuring timelines/quality, and modeling adaptation to change
  • Provide training to new associates on Building Controls operations and processes by maintaining/documenting information, developing programs, monitoring completion, and delegating to Analysts
  • Ensure customer/associate safety and minimize service costs by conducting diagnostics, providing proactive solutions, applying advanced programming, implementing/following up on solutions
  • Perform special/unique programming projects by adapting strategies, responding to trends/alarms/defrosts/work orders/recalls, programming daylight harvesting, and achieving sustainability/energy reductions
  • Complete work assignments/priorities by collaborating, identifying priorities/deadlines/expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, recommending improvements, and adapting to change/feedback
  • Comply with company policies/procedures/ethics by implementing action plans and applying them in business processes
  • Demonstrate respect for others, drive positive experiences, embrace differences, support belonging, contribute to inclusive environments
