Experience with Low Voltage PowerFlex Drives or Medium Voltage Drives
PLC programming experience using RSLogix 5, 500, 5000, and FactoryTalk Studio software
Experience with Studio5000, ControlLogix, CompactLogix
Experience with PowerFlex products and applications
Experience with Ethernet/IP, Stratix Switches
Experience with Servo/Motion control
Experience with multiple networks, including EtherNet, ControlNet, and DeviceNet

Responsibilities

Provide customer support through on-site installation
Oversee diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems
Perform project management for customer projects, including needs identification, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
Develop and write documentation as required (validation project plans, standard operating procedures, qualification summary reports, system audits, technical reports, traceability matrix, etc.)
Act as the primary contact for Rockwell Automation's customers
Improve customer relationships by resolving commercial and technical issues
Work on a variety of commercial and technical issues both independently and with a team
