Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Content Design or Product Writing with experience balancing writing craft and system thinking
  • Ability to move comfortably between detail-level execution and team-wide strategy
  • Strong communication skills: able to advocate for voice, consistency, and clarity across disciplines
  • A proactive partner who brings ideas—not just execution—to the table
  • Curiosity, empathy, and a willingness to experiment
  • FinTech experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build deep empathy for our customers and translate it into clear, helpful product content
  • Partner with product teams to write everything from error messages to onboarding flows to system templates
  • Extend brand values into the product experience with persuasive, human-centered copy
  • Create and socialize guidelines for style, mechanics, shared language, and system-wide voice consistency; define and evolve the architecture of reusable content components; establish principles for how we utilize channels (in-app, email, notifications, etc.) and their cadence
  • Collaborate with research and design to test and refine messaging
  • Support major initiatives by partnering with product designers and PMMs to help customers understand new developments
