Responsibilities

  • Lead the UX content design for critical features and ongoing improvements within the SoV project, ensuring clear, customer-friendly, accessible, concise, on-brand content that reflects Remitly's voice and tone, promotes customer trust and loyalty, is easy to localize, and supports effective transactional communications (SMS, push, email) for transfers
  • Collaborate with the content design team (primarily in Seattle) to ensure consistency in messaging and terminology across the SoV project; contribute to team critiques, foster continuous learning, and support development/maintenance of content design guidelines and system expansion
  • Establish evidence-based terminology guidelines and content patterns, and own the measurement and optimization of UX content quality for the SoV space
  • Establish content principles for product areas and use them to make effective content decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Product Design (define user flows, optimal components for enhanced wallet UX); UX Research (develop user studies, integrate feedback/data/insights/testing into content decisions)
