Responsibilities

Lead the UX content design for critical features and ongoing improvements within the SoV project, ensuring clear, customer-friendly, accessible, concise, on-brand content that reflects Remitly's voice and tone, promotes customer trust and loyalty, is easy to localize, and supports effective transactional communications (SMS, push, email) for transfers
Collaborate with the content design team (primarily in Seattle) to ensure consistency in messaging and terminology across the SoV project; contribute to team critiques, foster continuous learning, and support development/maintenance of content design guidelines and system expansion
Establish evidence-based terminology guidelines and content patterns, and own the measurement and optimization of UX content quality for the SoV space
Establish content principles for product areas and use them to make effective content decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Product Design (define user flows, optimal components for enhanced wallet UX); UX Research (develop user studies, integrate feedback/data/insights/testing into content decisions)
