Responsibilities

Create content for our mobile app experience across all touchpoints, including navigation and UI content, in-app notifications, chatbots, help, and more
Contribute to projects in ways that enhance the clarity and usability of product experiences, and guide teams towards solving the most important problems
Edit and contribute to designs and content using Figma
Collaborate with design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone
Use data and research to evaluate your content’s impact, and push for continuous improvement that shows real results
