Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial mathematics or related field (Master’s is an asset), 10+ years in compensation analysis or HR with strategic focus, expertise in job evaluation, market pricing, and incentive design, strong analytical skills, knowledge of regulations, advanced Excel proficiency, HRIS experience, and excellent communication skills.
