Responsibilities

  • Apoio no desenvolvimento de equipe - Atuar com um representante da cultura WeWork e ser líder pelo exemplo. Responsável por apoiar o desenvolvimento da equipe com acompanhamento, feedback, controle de banco de horas e atividades correlacionadas. Ser o representante do Business Manager no Cluster, propagando mensagens importantes para a equipe
  • Resolução de problemas - Atuar como o ponto focal do cluster para a resolução de problemas de média a alta complexidade. Realizar acompanhamento de casos difíceis e cobranças de casos do financeiro/faturamento
  • Acompanhamento de indicadores de performance - Análise dos principais indicadores de performance da companhia para apoiar o Business Manager para tomada de decisão
  • Planejamento de ações corretivas - Propor e planejar ações corretivas para sanar pontos críticos da operação e experiência dos clientes
  • Melhoria contínua de processos - Participação em projetos de melhoria e cascateamento de informações para a equipe
