Requirements

Significant experience in Communications & Internal/Employee Communications
Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)

Responsibilities

Partner with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications to keep key stakeholders well-informed to help achieve business objectives
Ensure employee engagement and strong connectivity to business strategy
Develop specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field
Serve as best practice/quality resource
Maintain awareness of latest functional developments in own area
Contribute towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility
