Strong business acumen and ability to partner with business and technical teams
Ability to communicate clearly with business and technical audiences
Hands-on attitude to tackle projects large and small, low-ego approach to working across the organization

Responsibilities

Be a go-to cross-functional legal partner for music, talent, entertainment, consumer, and procurement partnership teams
Structure, negotiate, and close a wide range of commercial agreements spanning music partnerships, talent partnerships, research collaborations, policy and product partnerships, procurement, and compute infrastructure
Build commercial legal infrastructure, from contract templates to strategic playbooks, to accelerate commercial momentum
Use experience as a seasoned deal lawyer to help business partners make smarter and faster decisions
Work closely with the General Counsel to structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial transactions
Build out the commercial legal function as the team's first hire
