Responsibilities

  • Supporting senior manager and senior strategy planning manager to execute EA commercial strategies
  • Developing EA business performance management model for internal customers with clear KPIs and reports to enable sustainable Medtronic revenue growth
  • Developing project performance management model for both internal and external customers with BI tools (e.g., dashboard, report)
  • Simplifying and automating analytical operations to enable faster decision making through collaborations with functions like finance, commercial operations or IT
  • Establishing efficient and effective analytical operations through collaborations with functions like finance, commercial operations or IT
  • Leading best practice analysis as local proof points to replicate EA successes for Other EAs
  • Leading analytical workstreams across various functions and OUs to respond urgent requests with an impact on EA businesses and sales performances
  • Improving and standardizing analytical processes continually and supporting ad-hoc reporting requests flexibly
