Developing EA business performance management model for internal customers with clear KPIs and reports to enable sustainable Medtronic revenue growth
Developing project performance management model for both internal and external customers with BI tools (e.g., dashboard, report)
Simplifying and automating analytical operations to enable faster decision making through collaborations with functions like finance, commercial operations or IT
Establishing efficient and effective analytical operations through collaborations with functions like finance, commercial operations or IT
Leading best practice analysis as local proof points to replicate EA successes for Other EAs
Leading analytical workstreams across various functions and OUs to respond urgent requests with an impact on EA businesses and sales performances
Improving and standardizing analytical processes continually and supporting ad-hoc reporting requests flexibly
