Candidates should have experience in technical customer support or a similar role, along with excellent communication skills in Japanese and basic English. Familiarity with internet security, networking technologies, and protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, load balancers, proxies, and firewalls is required. Experience with Oauth, SSL, SSH, SSO, SAML, or Active Directory is also needed. Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud platforms is a plus, and experience with data warehousing is preferred but not mandatory.
The Cloud Support Engineer will provide technical guidance and expert advice to customers via email, web, and phone. They will investigate issues using Snowflake environments, connectors, and third-party partner software. Documenting known solutions in internal and external knowledge bases is essential, along with documenting and submitting bugs or feature requests based on customer inquiries. Additionally, they will work on both technical and non-technical projects and contribute to knowledge building within the team.
