Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. They require experience with Genesys Cloud CX architecture and implementation, including multichannel Genesys applications like Voice, SMS, Chat, Video, and Email, along with maintenance and support of Genesys Cloud. Additionally, 7+ years of Telecom engineering experience and 3+ years of hands-on Genesys Cloud CX experience are needed, as well as experience in Enterprise Contact Center Environments, call routing, and voice response. Strong SIP protocol analysis skills and a VoIP understanding are also required, alongside Genesys Cloud CX and AWS certifications being a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer will design, implement, and maintain Genesys Cloud CX solutions, focusing on integration and deployment in a cloud environment. They will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support and resolution for complex incidents related to the Genesys Cloud platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing support to end-users and management, keeping abreast of new trends and technologies, documenting system configurations, and managing contact center reporting. They will also work with stakeholders to evaluate cloud systems and identify appropriate solutions, drive the roll-out of cloud management platforms, and implement enhancements.
