Requirements

A minimum bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
5+ years of experience on public cloud networking & security design, implementation & support
3+ years of experience in public cloud firewalls/VPN and networking
3+ years of experience managing production Kubernetes infrastructure with exposure to the use of cloud vendor Kubernetes solutions such as AKS, EKS, and GKE
Deep knowledge on Kubernetes, container and image security, and can confidently work with and lead cross engineering teams
Strong expertise in DevOps and CI/CD implementation in public cloud deployments
Thorough knowledge of cloud-native development
Understanding of microservice design and architectural patterns
Ability to participate in on-call rotation
This position requires onsite work at Truveta office in Bellevue WA
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in implementation & securing platforms/services in one or more public clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Self-starter with proven ability to develop creative solutions

Responsibilities

Design, secure, and automate cloud-based infrastructure to meet technical, security and business needs
Design, implement and maintain CI/CD solutions to support rapid development and integration
Automate deployment and testing processes
Secure Kubernetes clusters, containers, and images
Develop Kubernetes-based solutions and improve Kubernetes infrastructure
Work with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that our systems are reliable and scalable
Stay up-to-date on the latest DevSecOps trends and technologies
Work with software engineers to apply automated test and documentation processes
Troubleshoot and resolve network, automation pipelines, and infrastructure issues
Build, maintain, and monitor configuration management of release products
Integrate static code analysis and other security mechanisms into pipeline
Communicate with multidisciplinary teams and articulate technical concepts and ideas effectively
Support innovation and cost management by developing new ideas for cloud infrastructure and related tools
Interact with compliance team to deliver compliance certificates and remediates gaps during compliance finding and controls
