Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a client delivery or product management position
Strong understanding of software development, product management, and customer experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes
Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to identify and refine solutions
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management
Experience with issue resolution and conflict resolution
Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends

Responsibilities

Define product vision and strategy for Kraken Utilities clients
Identify new ideas and technology to improve product capabilities
Develop and test product capabilities to ensure customer satisfaction
Support business with issue resolution for product
Manage relationships with client counterparts, being the first point of contact for tech development and issue resolution
Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities to the right domains in the development team
Ensure product development is aligned with business needs and customer requirements
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver product features
Develop and maintain product roadmaps and priorities
Participate in product development and testing processes
