Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in channel management or B2B sales within the Financial Technology (Fintech) sectors, with a proven record of driving sales through channel partners across multiple APAC markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or channel management are advantageous
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and cross-cultural skills; ability to build trust among diverse partners; and adeptness at cross-functional teamwork
  • Desire to continually learn and add new technical and selling skills
  • Highly motivated and target/quota driven with proven ability in accurate pipeline management from initial lead to close
  • Deep knowledge of the APAC market landscape and ability to navigate the nuances of different countries within the region
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional Asian language skills are highly valued
  • Based out of the Singapore Office, with more than 30% travel required across the APAC region

Responsibilities

  • Identify and deliver channel initiatives to drive revenue growth through distributors and channel partners by differentiating the product offering and expanding market reach
  • Build, optimize, and oversee relationships with distributors, resellers, and solution partners to ensure partner engagement, loyalty, and performance
  • Collaborate with partners on business and sales plans, set quarterly/annual performance targets, and lead periodic business reviews to align on strategic goals
  • Design and deliver partner onboarding, training, and enablement programs to enhance partners’ sales and technical abilities
  • Create and analyze sales forecasts, track partner performance, and initiate corrective actions to optimize channel results
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and other internal teams to ensure effective partner programs and aligned go-to-market strategies
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners in emerging APAC markets and lead initiatives for geographic expansion
  • Define and execute marketing programs with internal teams to support channel penetration and raise market awareness
  • Significant travel across the APAC region to manage partner relationships and drive initiatives on the ground
