Candidates must be located in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, or Montana and possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in indirect sales models and channel management. Strong technical knowledge of VoIP, POTS, SIP, MS Teams, and internet connectivity is required, along with a proven understanding of sales deployment strategies and a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience driving successful results with various channel partner types, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM (Salesforce preferred), and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent are also necessary.
The Senior Channel Sales Manager will recruit, onboard, manage, and inspire channel partners to market and sell Ooma's VoIP services, including AirDial and specialized Hospitality solutions. This role involves building relationships across a multi-tiered channel, optimizing partner solutions, and assisting partner field resources in closing business. Key duties include driving revenue through partner recruitment and sales, collaborating with marketing on demand generation campaigns, identifying and onboarding new partners, participating in co-sales with Account Executives, accurately forecasting sales revenues, and providing feedback to internal teams to improve customer and channel partner support.
