Requirements

5+ years’ experience as a business systems analyst
In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform's configuration, architecture, and implementation best practices, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning
Salesforce.com Certifications (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Business Analyst, etc.)
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle process (SDLC); and Waterfall or Agile/Scrum

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, optimizing workflows and recommending improvements
Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to define business and technical requirements; create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional, and technical systems documentation
Lead the delivery of enhancements by implementing configuration changes in Salesforce, including the creation of custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules and approval processes; partner with external developer resources as required to deliver advanced customizations
Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks and issues, and provide regular project status updates
Work with the business users and corporate quality teams to develop test plans and procedures, validate the application design, define acceptance criteria and verify system functionality against business requirements
Collaborate with business partners on deployment of system changes including training, change management, and communications
Provide production support of business systems, analyzing and resolving system issues and end-user requests
Assist in the development of custom queries, reports and dashboards for business users
