BA/BS/Masters in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in sales, operations, and Technology
An understanding of the business and technology landscape of sales and business operations
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and agentic platforms
Experience delivering Salesforce & ServiceNow implementations
Prior experience supporting and launching customer/partner-facing solutions
Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision

Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to streamline and redesign processes by evaluating current sales and operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps
Engage with sales, customer success, professional services, and product teams to lead multi-workstream projects, ensuring rapid time-to-market and multi-functional alignment
Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT—to capture input, define requirements, and align process improvements with organizational objectives
Handle ad hoc requests for reports, processes, assistance, and general support for sales
Build user-friendly training content (presentations, user guides, videos, FAQs) and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions
Track adoption rates, collect feedback, and use data to optimize business processes and the user experience, driving continuous improvement
Own the design, development, administration, and continuous improvement of a ServiceNow platform
