  • 8+ years of experience in sales, operations, and Technology
  • An understanding of the business and technology landscape of sales and business operations
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and agentic platforms
  • Experience delivering Salesforce & ServiceNow implementations
  • Prior experience supporting and launching customer/partner-facing solutions
  • Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to streamline and redesign processes by evaluating current sales and operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps
  • Engage with sales, customer success, professional services, and product teams to lead multi-workstream projects, ensuring rapid time-to-market and multi-functional alignment
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT—to capture input, define requirements, and align process improvements with organizational objectives
  • Handle ad hoc requests for reports, processes, assistance, and general support for sales
  • Build user-friendly training content (presentations, user guides, videos, FAQs) and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions
  • Track adoption rates, collect feedback, and use data to optimize business processes and the user experience, driving continuous improvement
  • Own the design, development, administration, and continuous improvement of a ServiceNow platform
