The Business Intelligence team is responsible for building core data models and data pipelines for enterprise-level business intelligence. This team also provides data support for consumers of these core data models, transforming stakeholder queries and requirements into scalable data models for the pipeline. The team is instrumental in creating a self-serve data environment for employees and is critical for strategic business decisions supporting Jobber’s Service Providers (SPs).
Reporting to the Manager, Analytics Engineering, the Senior Business Intelligence Engineer will champion the design and development of analytical data assets and interactive BI solutions (reports, dashboards, and other business decision tools). These solutions will support strategic decisions and operational performance monitoring across all functional areas, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Growth & Retention, and Product. The primary goal is to ensure that all necessary information is readily available and easy to use for stakeholders, enabling a self-service analytics environment.
SaaS platform for home service management
Jobber provides software solutions tailored for home service businesses, helping them manage operations like quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and payment collection. The platform operates on a subscription model, allowing small to medium-sized businesses in industries such as cleaning, landscaping, plumbing, and HVAC to access its features for a recurring fee. Jobber simplifies the management process, making it easier for businesses to serve their customers. It includes a mobile app and offers unlimited one-on-one support, along with resources like salary reports to assist in hiring. Jobber's goal is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of home service businesses.
