Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent knowledge
3+ years of experience in/with Business Intelligence (Power BI desktop, Power BI report server)
3+ years of experience with SSMS or equivalent database management software
3+ years of experience with SQL Server Integration Services
3+ years of experience with Excel, power query, formulas, pivot tables and graphs
3+ years of experience with SQL
Knowledge of Python (desirable)
Practical background in developing PowerBI tabular reports, matrix reports, ad-hoc reports, drilldown, parameterized, cascading, conditional, table, matrix, and sub reports
Ability to work in groups as well as individually with minimum supervision
Willingness to learn new technologies as and when needed
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Passion for data and highly analytical mind

Responsibilities

Communicate with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and end-users to better understand, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements
Design, develop, test, implement and maintain PowerBI reports, SSIS packages, and Python scripts
Work with Query Editor to connect to different data sources and work with data models
Maintain and improve online reporting portal
Use various sources to pull data into Power BI such as SQL Server, Salesforce and Excel
Schedule automatic refresh in Power BI service
Develop custom calculated measures using DAX in Power BI to satisfy business needs
Translate data into meaningful and actionable insights for Acronis’ global customer support team
Build, maintain, and improve reporting and dashboard capabilities in both Salesforce and PowerBI
Work closely with senior level support team members to define requirements, projects and tasks
