Requirements

  • 4–5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
  • 2–3 years’ pre-sales experience in solution design, demos, and client engagement
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds)
  • Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, or Architect) preferred
  • Primary Skills: MS Project Plan, CSM, PMP, SAFe

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions
  • Work with stakeholders to design and optimize Salesforce functionalities (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds)
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery
  • Support pre-sales activities: solution design, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, demos, and proposal support
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives
  • Stay updated with Salesforce product roadmap and industry best practices
