Requirements

Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with a proven record of analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing complex data
Outstanding project management and critical thinking abilities, with experience in Agile methodology
Ability to make sound decisions quickly in a complex work environment
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with co-workers, management, other departments, and clients

Responsibilities

Provide effective product leadership and management of the product backlog with the Squad Leader, focusing on communication, risk mitigation, quality assurance, effective delivery, and building trusting relationships
Work closely with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary squad members to deliver specific business goals
Foster teamwork and collaboration among team members and business partners, conveying urgency and responsiveness to meet business needs
Run large and complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders to develop business requirements and execute them
Proactively resolve barriers and issues inhibiting short- and long-term goals
Present to all levels of management on trends
Apply expert knowledge and act as a trusted advisor by providing consultation services to internal clients on critical initiatives
Participate in defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
Effectively present information and roadmap progress to Product leadership
Manage and prioritize the backlog
Navigate multiple Fidelity Business Units to represent TEM client and business needs
