Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex transformation or enterprise-level projects, with a deep understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, POS, OMS, and related technologies. Proven ability to influence stakeholders through strong communication and facilitation skills is essential, alongside experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models, including familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence. Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to create process maps and flow diagrams, are required, as is comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities within a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in retail or ecommerce is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst will lead discovery workshops with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and desired future states, document current and future state processes through process mapping and capability modeling, elicit and document clear, testable business requirements, and collaborate with architects and delivery leads to shape solution design. They will validate requirements through prototyping and vendor analysis, contribute to change impact assessments and training needs, support QA teams through test case review and UAT, and engage with vendors to align external solutions with internal objectives.
