Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, process mapping, solution design
Experience visualizing business process flows using tools like MS Visio or Lucid Chart
Experience analyzing business requirements and capturing user stories using JIRA
Experience maintaining team backlog, reviewing/repioritizing for Sprint Planning, coordinating dependencies
Knowledge of agile development processes
Ability to ensure AI solutions adhere to regulatory guidelines and BMS standards
Familiarity with BMS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and software validation processes

Responsibilities

Act as primary liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure quick, clear information flow
Communicate with stakeholders to define appropriate KPIs for project success
Drive ROI and value realization
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for generative AI solutions
Maximize product value and guide Development Team by funneling stakeholder input to create/prioritize Product Backlog
Provide clear understanding of backlog items (function and value) to Development Team
Work closely with Product Owners and technical leads to ensure clean requirements and smooth delivery
Communicate story details and priorities, ensure team alignment on iteration plans
Work closely with developers in agile team to translate user stories to working applications
Manage user acceptance testing, training, and change management for automation solutions rollout
Prepare techno-functional user manuals for end users
Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, and documentation per BMS SOPs
Provide functional guidance to developers, testers, and stakeholders for correct implementation and maintenance
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends; champion innovation in Life Sciences
