  • A minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience in Live Consumer Experience Production, inclusive of scenic fabrication and live programming
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders, vendors, and staff
  • Experience in contract negotiation, managing budgets, and timelines
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Detail-oriented to ensure every aspect of the event is handled correctly

  • 5+ years in fields directly related to production and creative project management (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end production for consumer experiences (design, rendering, sourcing, permitting, programming, fabrication, installation, etc.), delivering efficiently according to Nike’s daily, seasonal, and long-term marketing objectives
  • Support the Global Events Team in the execution of live events in partnership with Creative, Brand Management, and other cross-functional Nike teams
  • Facilitate agency partner outreach, budget management and accruals, contract execution in partnership with Nike Legal
  • On location, manage installation, establish the ROS, maintain production schedules, and manage on-the-ground partners for fabrication and programming
  • Act as the connection point between all internal and external teams, seamlessly communicating details throughout the production process from concepting to delivery
  • Build and maintain industry relationships across creative, production, and experiential partners
  • Partner closely with Creative and Brand counterparts to organize work seamlessly for successful productions
  • Work closely with key business functions such as Finance, Legal, BA, Procurement, and the Product Specialist COE
  • Serve as a trusted partner to Sports Marketing and Energy Marketing when these teams are engaged for specific productions
  • Liaise cross-functionally within brand marketing to lead and drive an organized, efficient, and successful production process
