Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or product design. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital brand systems, storytelling, and interactive design is required. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and Generative AI toolsets is necessary, with familiarity in motion/prototyping tools being a plus. Experience designing across product, email, and social channels, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work with engineering, is essential. A keen eye for detail, accessibility, and localization in global contexts is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Brand Designer will concept and design branded experiences to celebrate user achievements and milestones. They will create engaging, shareable design systems across web, app, and social surfaces, and elevate in-product and lifecycle touchpoints to feel playful, polished, and on-brand. Responsibilities include exploring new ways to visualize customer impact and value through design, collaborating with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams, and ensuring all work is scalable, accessible, and globally resonant.
