Requirements

  • Awareness of advancements in AI in BI (e.g., Power BI Copilot, LLM integrations)
  • Experience with data assets in BigQuery or Snowflake

Responsibilities

  • Act as technical lead and subject matter expert for developing new global BI Reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI
  • Ensure new products are fit for customer purpose, adhere to best practice standards, and efficiently utilize company resources and data assets
  • Work directly with global business customers to understand requirements, design innovative solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Prioritize work based on customer needs and business value
  • Communicate effectively with users, peers, and senior management globally, managing stakeholders in a matrixed virtual organization
  • Advise the team and introduce best practice techniques to ensure BI platforms are well-governed, maintained, secure, and optimized
  • Stay abreast of and implement AI advancements in BI across design, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement
  • Enable business users to self-serve BI demands through provision and management of appropriate tools
  • Lead training sessions for the business to foster data literacy and independent data exploration
  • Proactively partner with Global Technology, Transformation & Change Delivery, Group, and other teams for project-based and BAU deliverables
  • Instill and champion a customer-first culture, prioritizing service for business stakeholders
