Requirements

4+ years of experience in a similar role
Fluent English
Demonstratable experience analyzing large datasets from varied sources
Experience developing sustainable, insightful, automated OI/BI
Experienced with data ETL (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Postman, SSIS)
Experience with data manipulation and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
Experience in API development
Hands-on experience with data warehousing (DBA) design and principles
An understanding of forecasting principles and main contact centre metrics
Partner management experience

Responsibilities

Act as the contact for many partners regarding their MI and intelligence requirements
Be a visible advocate of using intelligence to improve forecasting, recommend solutions, and deliver applicable insight
Report into the Head of Forecast & Capacity Planning
Analyze important service, forecasting metrics, and enhance existing views to bring greater focus and clarity to reporting
Identify and recommend solutions using data to support resolutions
Oversee prioritisation of activity for partners, challenging the order of delivery
Provide insight and clear data-driven recommendations to the Operations leadership team
Remain current on the latest tools and tech to deliver a modern Operational Intelligence service to partners
Adapt and develop the OI service offering to the operation based on both core and strategic needs, ensuring fit for purpose and fit for use insight for differing audience requirements
Improve internal processes and manage customer and partner expectations whilst implementing changes
