Expertise in financial analysis and client servicing
Private and commercial lending and/or leasing experience
Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition, and financing, usually acquired through formal education and experience
Knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts to identify cross-selling opportunities
Skills in negotiation, leadership, and sales to develop client, prospect, and partner relationships

Responsibilities
Develops new relationships, identifies prospects, and develops marketing strategies for specific clients
Manages complex wealth management banking credit and treasury management client relationships and identifies opportunities external to banking in investment and fiduciary areas
Structures and negotiates complex loan and/or lease agreements according to guidelines established by senior bank and business unit management
Analyzes and negotiates loan terms, such as special pricing conditions, interest rates, Swaps, etc., according to Credit Policy Committee guidelines
Oversees and negotiates the preparation of documentation necessary for financing agreements
Advises and consults with clients related to Goals Driven Wealth Management
Generates leads through established relationships with Centers of Influence (COI’s) and cultivates a network of additional COI’s
Provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level as a subject area expert
Carries out large-scope, cross-functional, and technically difficult activities, balanced between high-level operational execution and strategic direction
Interacts directly with committees and/or management
Develops, implements, and administers strategic programs within functional areas
