If you are excited about fostering a DevOps culture, exploring new technologies, and shaping the future of our platform infrastructure, this role is for you.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead critical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the evolution of our infrastructure. You’ll work closely with developers to ensure efficient and secure deployments while participating in a rotating support schedule.

Key Skills

  • Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously and asynchronously.
  • Proven experience working remotely with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and tackling new challenges.
  • 7+ years managing large-scale Microsoft-Stack SaaS/Web products in production.
  • 7+ years deploying, managing, and scaling cloud resources (Azure preferred; GCP or AWS also considered).
  • Skilled in defining and executing enterprise infrastructure architecture, driving product innovation, and influencing the product roadmap.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing, containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes), auto-scaling, and CI/CD with GitOps.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • An effective leader capable of influencing and guiding the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the migration of services from Azure to GCP, focusing on container-based solutions.
  • Drive the shift toward Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable network architectures.
  • Develop tools to empower developers to manage their codebases effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and dependencies.
  • Implement and configure new development tools and infrastructure.
  • Optimize software delivery through process automation and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Compensation

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total pay range for this role is $170,000 - $190,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
