The Care Operations team is a centralized center of excellence focused on managing all workforce management needs across business lines that support customers and professionals, such as Pro Support and Homeowner Support. This team ensures the company's efficient and seamless support for customers and professionals by overseeing a global network of Business Process Optimization (BPO) agents. The team also serves as a direct liaison between operational business lines and the finance organization, ensuring transparency and accuracy in operational expenditures and resource allocation, and providing essential insights and management for our distributed workforce.
