Requirements

Candidates should possess 2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling experience, is required. Responsibilities

The Senior Associate, Workforce Planning will oversee service delivery to various customer and pro subsets, contributing to strategy and operations. Key responsibilities include building reports and presentations for business decisions related to forecasting and cost, optimizing Care technology and tools to meet KPIs, and leveraging cost structures to maximize customer experience within financial constraints. The role involves executing the yearly budgeting process, aligning with Finance on forecasting and reconciliation, evaluating and improving financial and headcount forecasting mechanisms, and building Excel models to optimize cost, wait times, and support hiring and skilling decisions across all support lines.
