This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to strategy, operations, and customer care. The successful candidate will support critical activities including data analysis, reporting, budgeting, business forecasting, financial modeling, and enhancing the end-to-end customer and pro experience. About the Team

The Care Operations team is a center of excellence focused on managing all workforce management needs for business lines that support customers and professionals, such as Pro Support and Homeowner Support. This team ensures the efficient and seamless support of services by overseeing a global network of Business Process Optimization (BPO) agents. The team also serves as a vital liaison between operational business lines and the finance organization, ensuring transparency in operational expenditures, resource allocation, and providing essential insights for our distributed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Build reports and presentations to support critical business decisions related to inbound and outbound forecasting and cost.
• Develop a deep understanding of Care technology and tools to optimize their value and ensure they enable the Care organization to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Leverage the Care cost structure and allocation methods to maximize the Care experience within financial constraints.
• Execute the yearly budgeting process and ensure alignment with the Finance organization on forecasting and reconciliation of actuals on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Continuously evaluate current financial and headcount forecasting mechanisms, propose changes, and implement best practices.
• Build and maintain Excel models that optimize cost, wait times, and other critical metrics to inform hiring and skilling decisions across all Angi Customer and Pro support lines.

Who You Are

• 2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including experience with financial modeling.
• Possess a problem-solving mindset with a desire to learn and take ownership of complex projects.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Interest in working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by data and analytics to deliver impactful solutions.
• Experience with Looker, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Salesforce is a plus.
