Requirements

  • Skills in creating holistic editorial briefs for compelling communications
  • Ability to review and provide feedback on marketing assets (articles, videos) using industry, bank, and product knowledge
  • Experience managing marketing creative review processes in workflow systems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including tactful negotiation and finding compromises
  • Proficiency in monitoring, managing, and organizing SEO intake requests from partners
  • Ability to execute governance processes for audit readiness
  • Skills in providing feedback on web analytics, KPIs, and SEO reports, and creating/managing dashboards
  • Day-to-day agency management experience, including agendas, takeaways, action items, communications, scheduling, and logistics

Responsibilities

  • Incorporate SEO best practices into all marketing to improve organic rankings, traffic, and accounts to Capital One web properties
  • Review organic search research (content gap, competitive, technical) to identify relevant trends and patterns for on-site and off-site development
  • Create holistic editorial briefs leading to compelling customer and prospect communications
  • Review and provide feedback on marketing channel assets like articles and videos
  • Manage marketing creative review processes in workflow management systems
  • Tactfully negotiate compromises with stakeholders during creative development
  • Monitor, manage, and organize SEO intake requests from internal and external partners; communicate relevant points to agencies and partners
  • Execute governance process for audit readiness of consumer-facing marketing assets
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders on web analytics, KPIs, and SEO reports; create and manage KPI dashboards
  • Day-to-day management of agency partners, including agendas, takeaways, action items, leadership communications, scheduling, and logistics
  • Seamlessly manage budget across multiple internal partners and external agencies
