Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Creative Strategy: Help gather business objectives and consumer insights into clear creative briefs that are shared with internal creative teams and external agency partners
  • Support Messaging Strategy: Help execute clear, compelling, and customer-centric messaging hierarchies and narratives that resonate with target audiences
  • Assist with the Learning Agenda: Support a test-and-learn mindset, helping to track key questions, and partnering with analytics teams to gather campaign effectiveness results and insights
  • Coordinate Campaign Integration: Work with cross-functional teams—including Brand, Channel Leads, Product Strategy, and others—to help support a cohesive and seamless customer experience
  • Gather Insights: Build knowledge on customers, the competitive landscape, and market trends, using data and insights to support marketing recommendations and provide updates to the team
