Requirements

Strong understanding of OSTTRA businesses, capabilities, and data
Complete understanding of billing systems, specifically SAP, and ability to engage with technical teams to resolve issues
Experience in process and systems transition
Ability to draft risk and control matrix for the collections process and create/maintain robust documentation
Passion for independent work with Sales, Business Heads/Leads, and clients to build professional relationships and optimize collections to industry standards
Obsession with efficiency, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance/streamline processes, fix gaps, remove waste, leverage automation, and share best practices

Responsibilities

Deliver the Collections process for designated OSTTRA product lines and develop/maintain relevant SOPs
Ensure appropriate allocation of clients to team members for timely collection and issue resolution; build strategic metrics to proactively identify issues, patterns, and strengthen relationships with key clients, Sales, and AMs
Maintain complete control of client emails, open issues with clear actions for end-to-end closure
Develop and manage Interactive Commercial Dashboard highlighting value additions, delays, issues, and cashflow optimization opportunities; develop/implement realistic payment plans and schedules
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, Finance, and customers to resolve billing errors, credit issues, payment disputes, and expedite collections; serve as main point of contact and provide support to Billing Team for invoice amendments
Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies/issues in the order cycle (e.g., billing errors, address issues, incorrect product info, PO requirements, tax issues)
Produce key metrics including Cash Inflow forecast to Treasury, Collection Effectiveness Index (CEI), Recovery Rate, Right Party Contact (RPC) Rate
Lead engagement with auditors for Collections process and ensure timely closure of audit items
Lead initiatives/projects to support business-driven/system changes
