Requirements

  • Highly motivated, persuasive sales professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a sense of urgency
  • Proven track record of success in business development, institutional sales, investment banking, mutual fund sales, or related client-facing financial roles
  • 3-5+ years of experience working with institutional or ultra-high-net-worth investors, ideally in capital markets, private equity, venture capital, or financial product sales
  • Relevant educational background, such as a commerce or economics degree, or strong academic performance in a related discipline
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed or willing to obtain shortly after hiring

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new institutional and ultra-high-net-worth investors through targeted outreach, strategic calling, and sales campaigns
  • Supporting the development of client relationships by delivering compelling communication and positioning Hiive as the premier marketplace for secondary trading
  • Driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, executing transactions, and contributing to platform adoption
  • Expanding Hiive’s footprint by uncovering new investor pools and supporting the growth of existing accounts
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding individual performance metrics and revenue goals
