Responsibilities

Execute the full operational AML/KYC lifecycle for private markets clients, including investor onboarding, ongoing monitoring, initial and recurring screening, and building risk profiles
Conduct deep dive CDD and EDD reviews
Manage daily screening reviews
Act as a centralized contact point for Investor Services teams
Accurately identify beneficial owners and controllers within complex structures
Ensure strict adherence to policy and regulatory requirements
Lead client outreach efforts to resolve documentation gaps
Support critical remediation initiatives to ensure audit readiness
Participate in remediation projects and support new fund launches and KYC
Collaborate with the AML Manager to refine workflows and maintain high standards of data integrity
