Responsibilities

  • Execute the full operational AML/KYC lifecycle for private markets clients, including investor onboarding, ongoing monitoring, initial and recurring screening, and building risk profiles
  • Conduct deep dive CDD and EDD reviews
  • Manage daily screening reviews
  • Act as a centralized contact point for Investor Services teams
  • Accurately identify beneficial owners and controllers within complex structures
  • Ensure strict adherence to policy and regulatory requirements
  • Lead client outreach efforts to resolve documentation gaps
  • Support critical remediation initiatives to ensure audit readiness
  • Participate in remediation projects and support new fund launches and KYC
  • Collaborate with the AML Manager to refine workflows and maintain high standards of data integrity
