The Senior Associate, Business Analytics will assess the financial impact of products and recipes on key metrics such as reorder rates and average order value, segment performance insights by customer behavior, and identify trends across key customer segments. They will collaborate closely with the Food Experience team, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver a holistic view of food-related drivers and opportunities, and will be responsible for linking the performance of the food and recipe assortment to key financial metrics, ultimately helping to curate an assortment that attracts and retains high-value customers. Additionally, the role requires a deep understanding of complex SQL queries and occasional table/schema builds.
