Minimum of 6 years of experience in art direction/creative direction from an advertising agency, fashion brand, fashion magazine or a relevant creative field
Strong portfolio
Leverage GenAI tools in creative processes (e.g., Gemini, Firefly, MidJourney, Comfy UI)
Proficiency in traditional industry programs (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CaptureO)
Proven track record in the fashion or advertising industry

Responsibilities

Lead creative projects from concept to execution, enhancing the visual narrative of Lounge by Zalando
Provide hands-on creative execution and creative oversight
Work closely with the Creative Direction Team Lead and guide other Art Directors
Bring bold and innovative ideas to life through photo, AI, CGI, and video content
Ensure consistency with Lounge’s brand values and objectives
Drive visual quality across all daily e-commerce content to raise the bar, maximize brand impact, and drive conversion
Supervise a team of Art Directors to refine and implement image, AI, CGI, and video guidelines for the brand
Collaborate closely with Brand & Creative, Marketing, and Retail teams to align visuals with business objectives and performance
Stay ahead of trends to keep Lounge’s creative output innovative and culturally relevant
Confidently manage multiple large-scale projects from start to finish, collaborating with core team members
Demonstrate expertise in executing fashion industry campaigns within budget, pushing creative boundaries while adhering to key KPIs
