Responsibilities

  • Generating ideas and creating concepts for design and layout materials
  • Working closely with Creative and Client Service teams to ensure adherence to client’s marketing strategies and objectives
  • Meeting specified deadlines
  • Supervising the work of junior creatives
  • Demonstrating a strategic and tactical approach during client meetings
  • Understanding the target audience and adjusting art direction as required
  • Contributing innovative ideas appropriate to the client’s marketing strategy
  • Proactively anticipating and solving creative problems
  • Directing photographers, illustrators, designers, and production staff
  • Presenting concepts and creative work to clients
