Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize observability practices using Splunk, CloudWatch, Honeycomb, and Datadog
  • Proactively monitor performance and triage production issues across UI (Angular), backend (Spring Boot), and AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Perform deep-dive failure analysis using logs and dashboards
  • Collaborate with developers to deliver hotfixes and long-term stability solutions
  • Support CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform
  • Validate releases in staging and production, ensuring rollback strategies are in place
  • Manage and optimize AWS services (ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, IAM)
  • Drive cost-efficiency initiatives like right-sizing and serverless adoption
  • Enforce security best practices and compliance standards
  • Support audits and implement controls for sensitive data
  • Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions and foster team learning
