Candidates need a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, full product lifecycle experience from concept to PPAP, 5+ years of product engineering in automotive, aerospace, or military industries, experience authoring validation plans for environmental and EMC testing, and strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
You'll work on cutting-edge antenna systems alongside some of the brightest minds in automotive and RF technology, with resources to make an impact at scale, fostering innovation, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong candidates have 5+ years in automotive product engineering with full lifecycle experience, demonstrated validation plan authoring, and preferred skills like antenna theory knowledge, manufacturing experience, leadership in validation programs, hands-on attitude, and familiarity with DFMEA/PFMEA and tools like Jira.
