Requirements

7+ years experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills (SQL & Python)
Data modelling experience (e.g. airflow, dbt)
Experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
Experience building, developing and leading analysts (ideally a team of 5+)
Experience performing detailed performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, identifying impactful opportunities and triaging requests by impact
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including crafting dashboards and visualisations

Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional leads (Product, Engineering etc.) to define strategy for the Regional Platform squad, identify opportunities, review plans and progress, and provide feedback
Establish clear goals, define measurable KPIs, develop narratives to communicate progress, and identify areas requiring action across teams
Lead and develop a team of 3 analysts: provide performance feedback and coaching, hire and plan capacity, ensure high-impact work, and increase scalability via automation
Own complex cross-team projects to unblock product decisions, such as building data infrastructure for payment processing, establishing squad KPIs, and analysing SWIFT network data for optimisation
